The Fayetteville Dinner Theatre has returned to Fayetteville and Cumberland County after a 35-year hiatus. Formerly known as the Bordeaux Dinner Theatre, the new FDT was resurrected by local businessman, entrepreneur, and Up & Coming Weekly newspaper publisher Bill Bowman. The FDT is heralded as “Fayetteville’s newest and most unique theater experience.” Defined, it’s an evening of entertainment and fun that includes much more than great theater performed by talented professional actors. Each FDT experience begins with a Welcome Reception and Wine Tasting hosted by the Gates Four County Club, a Full Service bar w/all ABC permits, and food expertly prepared by award-winning Two Brothers Catering/The Vine. FDT guests relax, socialize, and enjoy preshow entertainment, and there are always plenty of prizes and surprises, including a post-show meet-and-greet with the actors. The Fayetteville Dinner Theatre proudly supports Cumberland County Schools through the Kidsville News Literacy and Education Foundation (501c3), which promotes literacy by providing reading and educational resources to local children, teachers, and parents free of charge.

Rivermist was formed in July 2014 in Fayetteville, NC. The band is collaboration of musicians that have between them, over 200 years of playing/ singing experience. Rivermist’s love of audience appeal, along with the desire to preserve music familiar to their roots, is what sparked the formation of the group. “RIVERMIST” is primarily a Classic Rock/ R&B/ Variety/ Party band and has been voted been voted Fayetteville/ Ft Bragg’s “Best Band” by Up & Coming Weekly
